Sourcing Notes
Grown by prize-winning tea master Huang Shuwei in the Phoenix Mountain area of Guangdong, China, Peach Flower Oolong is an exquisite tea characterised by a delicious honey and stone-fruit aroma.

This oolong's Chinese name, “Shui Mi Xiang”, literally means “water honey aroma”, which alludes to the tea's subtle honey sweetness and rarified fragrance. Phoenix oolongs are renowned for their dusty sweet aroma and golden liquor, and Peach Flower Oolong is an excellent representative of this genre.

Grown as a “Dan Cong oolong”, or a “single thicket” oolong, the leaves for Shui Mi Xiang are from semi-wild mountainside trees that are well known for producing more sophisticated tea than cultivated gardens.

A great counterpart to our Eight Immortals Oolong, Peach Flower Oolong makes a delicious introduction to Phoenix Dan Cong Oolongs.
